What are you holding on to in your life?
Most people have something they carry around with negative emotion attached to it. At times, it may even be the dominant thought and focus in your life.
One of the principles I live by in my life is every person makes the best decision they know how to at the time they made the decision. This means I view every choice as a result of the person’s knowledge and experiences to that point. If they make a decision which hurts or angers me, they didn’t know any better. Since they made their decision based on the best information available to them at the time, holding onto any negative emotion is truly an exercise in frustration. Instead, forgive them for they know not what they do.
By forgiving them for any hurt they may have caused you by their actions, you release the negative energy which is weighing on you. This allows you the space to continue creating the life you want to have.As you utilize this mindset and practice forgiveness, you will get faster and faster at being able to release the negative emotion. The faster you release the negative feelings, the quicker you are able to regain focus on enjoying the life you designed. By choosing to be in the positive mindset, you will be open to and attract more opportunities into your life.
This is how you actually turn a negative into a positive.
