Are You in the Path of Giants?

Who are you hanging around with in your life? To grow to your next level, you must find the people who are already there to guide you and learn from. The bigger success they are, the better it is for you to spend as much time as you can with them.

Am I in the Right Place?

Here’s a little test I do to ensure I am putting myself in the path of giants. Next time you are in a group situation, figure out who the most successful person in the group is. If it’s you, then you may want to start finding a different group of people to network with and learn from to create your next level of success.

If there are others in the group who are more successful, is their success the same type of success you want in your life? When it is, you are in the right place for growing your success. If your idea of success is different from what they have achieved, then start looking for another group of giants to surround yourself.

Knowing these two criteria, start looking for groups to be a part of where this is true.  These can be networking groups, training events, masterminds, industry groups, etc. Keep your eyes open at all times for another giant to add to your network.

Remember, you are the average of the 5 people you hang around with the most. The bigger the giants, the greater your success will be. Keep this in mind when choosing how you spend your time.
