How often do you mine your mind? Most people are so involved in their daily life, they rarely take the time to pull out the ideas they have.
Years ago, I started taking time each day to write down at least one income producing idea each day in my journal. I do this for a couple of different reasons.
The first is to create a fantastic list of ideas which I might bring into play in the future when the time is right. Every few months, I will review the ideas I have thought of to see what fits with where I am at in my businesses. It has been the starting point for many of my business pursuits.
The second reason I do this is because it exercises my creativity. The more you use this muscle, the stronger it becomes. If you are someone who tells yourself you are not creative, this daily practice is a building block to change your perceived weakness into a strength.
The more creative you are, the better you are able to solve challenges which occur in your daily life. The more challenges you solve, the more value you bring to the world. The more value your provide, the higher your compensation. You do want more income in your life, right?
When you answer yes, how soon would you like it to start? Start by mining the gold in your mind on a regular basis. The payoff is outstanding!
