Exercise for 30 minutes Today … and everyday for the next 30 days.
It has been shown exercise will increase your stamina in life, enable you to coordinate the challenges that come up more efficiently, and have the endurance to move past them more easily.
I want you to do some type of exercise daily. It could be Endurance, Stretching, or Strength building… whatever your preference. Just do something.
I Challenge you to live within this challenge for the next 24 hrs, and for all that want to play full out and Break the Chains that bind you, accept this challenge for the next 30 days.
