What does YOUR environment look like?

We are the accumulation of the five people we hang out with the most. Our self-esteem, our joy, our passion, our judgement, and just about everything about us is shaped by the company we keep.

We are the products of our environment, which includes the people in those environments. Your environment has power (both positive and negative) on your life, and on your success?

That being said, who are the five people closest to you? Do they challenge you to think, grow, and dream? Or do they cause you to doubt, diminish, and accept life as is? Chances are, if they are not enhancing your life, they are lessening it.

By altering your environment, you leave yourself with no other option but to change accordingly.

Write down where you want to see yourself in the next couple of months. Once you’ve written down your principle targets, you know exactly who should be in your inner circle. Now, go out and create a power team of friends.

When you want wealth, surround yourself with other wealthy people.

When you want happiness, surround yourself with other happy people.

When you want success, surround yourself with other successful people.

When you want to be more optimistic, surround yourself with optimistic people.

When you want to be a high performer, surround yourself with high performing people.

When you want to be more enthusiastic, surround yourself with enthusiastic people.

Live a life where your environment inspires you to create and grow daily. Don’t underestimate the power of the directionless friend or the negative-nelly. Whether we like it or not, their lifestyles are contagious, infectious, and poisonous.

You owe it to yourself to be wary of and/or excited by the company you keep.
